MT FERRULE

图片
MT FERRULE The MT ferrule is a multi-fiber, plastic ferrule with a square end-face of 6.4x2.5 mm and fiber pitch 0.25mm, widely applied in MPO connectors and AOC cables. 12 and 24-fiber MT ferrules are the most commonly used types.   Features of MT Ferrule MT ferrules manufactured by high precision mold technology meet international standards such as IEC 61754-3-31, GR-135 etc.   MT Ferrule Dimensions MT is short for mechanical transfer. MT ferrule is a multi-core polyphenylene sulfide ferrule, which also called PPS ferrule, with a square end-face of 6.4×2.5 mm and 0.25mm pitch between adjacent fiber holes. The alignment mechanism includes two stainless steel guide pins fit into precisely molded alignment holes.   As a ferrule manufacturer, T&S produces 12-core, 16-core and 24-core MT ferrules at different grades like MM Standard, MM low loss and SM Standard and SM low loss.   MT Ferrule Connector MT ferrule plays an important role in the connection as a key component in MPO conn

MTP/MPO SHUFFLE CABLE

MTP/MPO SHUFFLE CABLE Like MTP/MPO cable, MTP/MPO Shuffle cable  is also used for connecting MTP modules together as a permanent link, and it also be used with plug-and-play modules or MTP/MPO connector panels to achieve multi-level connection of the extension of the pre-terminated trunk cable by MTP/MPO panel. Normally, the shuffle cables are used to interconnect cassettes, panels, or ruggedized MTP/MPO fanouts, spanning MDA, HDA, and EDA zones. The difference is that its optical fiber routing is formulated according to the requirements of the optical connection at the construction site, which can realize special optical fiber routing different from the conventional polarity, reducing network installation or reconfiguration time and cost.   Features of MTP/MPO Shuffle Cable Low loss performance   Up to 288 fibers – ideal for high-density applications   Available in OS1, OS2, G.657A2, OM3, OM4 Fiber Grades – OM1 and OM2 available upon request   Option for LSZH, OFNP or OFNR cable jac
