Passive optical components significantly reduce costs in the network by eliminating the need for power while expanding the capacity of the existing fiber network. T&S Communications WDM includes 3 port devices, CWDMs, DWDMs, FWDMs, band separator devices and CCWDM modules, Co-exist WDMs and 5G 6-wave & 12-wave CWDM/MDWDM/LWDM series modules and CWDM4 & LWDM4 Devices, 40ch AAWG module, etc. based on PLC technology. T&S has combined our own advantages in optical cable, computer hubs, base stations and other infrastructure with precise positioning of 5G business to define 5G forward transmission technology and its deployment model. From the current research progress, our 5g WDM can significantly reduce the consumption of optical cable resources, reduce the construction cost of the forward network.

Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBGs) are made by lateral exposure of an optical fiber with a periodic pattern of intense laser light. FBG is a technology basis, on which T&S Communications developed a series of sensors for optical sensing and ID reflectors for fiber troubleshooting, among which, sensors mainly include a temperature sensor, vibration sensors, strain sensors and pressure sensors.

Nano-zirconia Powder is a type of white powder with stable chemical properties, non-toxic and tasteless, which can be used for producing ceramic ferrule, ceramic sleeve, textile porcelain parts, and a variety of precision structural part. Zirconia Ceramic Ferrule Blank is with high concentricity at both ends, high whiteness, and good aging performance, sintering density is 6.03g/cm2, Yttrium is uniformly distributed in zirconia power, fracture strength is 1200MPa, Vickers hardness is 1200HV. Ferrule types can be customized according to user requirements.
